With the love, power and my passion for healing, I incorporate the following techniques throughout the treatment to provide you with maximum benefits on a physical and energetic level.

  • Swedish Massage: Long gliding strokes towards the heart to increase circulation, stimulate the nervous system, and reduces stress on an emotional and physical level.

  • Deep Tissue: Deep tissue massage consists of slow deep strokes either against or along muscle fibers to alleviate chronic muscle tension, release toxins from muscles, and regulate the flow of blood and oxygen.

  • Myofascial Release: Myo is latin for the word muscle and fascia is a connective tissue that separates and or binds muscles, organs, and other soft structures together. In this technique a particular type of stretching is applied to release tight muscles and adhesions in the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy: This technique consists of concentrated pressure on areas of a muscle spasm. This soft tissue manipulation enables the central nervous system to balance with the musculoskeletal system.

  • Reiki: The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words "Rei" meaning universal energy and "Ki" meaning life force. When life force energy is depleted, the body undergoes challenges healing itself. Reiki is administered to the body with light touch or not even touching at all. It is an unseen energy force that surrounds and flows through all living things.

  • Raindrop Therapy: Raindrop therapy is a combination of seven different essential oils dropped along the whole length of the spine followed by gently massaging the muscles parallel to the vertebral column to bring the body back into balance and to clear and realign energy centers. Due to the healing properties of the oils, Raindrop Therapy has been known to reduce inflammation as well as to help straighten spinal curvatures. Although a treatment is about 45 minutes to an hour long, these miracle oils will continue to work in the body 5-7 days following the treatment.
